I cant explain how much I praise all the nail technicians at cream. I recently had my nails done after not having them done in months due to surgeries and some lifted within 3 days of my service. I didn’t want to call and complain due to this being my first time ever having this problem with Cream. Upon doing so the customer service I experienced was phenomenal. The owner of the shop was very understanding, very responsive got me in right away and gave me a whole new set. She did an amazing job on my nails (even got to change the shape of my nails). Cream is the place to go, and to me the best in the area. I have read a few reviews about customer service being not where it should be, rude technicians, even saying they are racist! Those allegations are not sure true at all! They all hold very well conversations with each client rather you are a regular or not. If you had a bad experience it must be because of you! Definitely advise you to give them another chance! Thank you ladies for your hard work and love for nails and also valuing your customer’s expectations.

I have been using this salon for years. The customer service is consistent, the shop is always very clean. You are greeted at the door upon arrival. The quality of the work is outstanding. Great choice of colors. The technicians will work as a team. I recommend this shop very highly to everyone of all ages. They are always so busy, it is best to call and make appointment prior to walk in. Ladies a shop that stays that busy , is one you want to use.

The Travelling Vegan

This is the first place I’ve been to in Virginia. The place is really cute and clean. All the staff members that I encountered were nice and patient. I don’t know how nail prices average out to be around here but coming from Atlanta, these prices were a little steep. I paid 55$ for my gel full set here. I’ll be back in the future!
