@Ask_Spectrum More chats & 4 hours later: stuff done online that didn't help, as did my rebooting & reconnecting stuff. Was supposed to get a call in 1 hour, but it took 2 1/2 to get a call that there was no sooner way to get a visit. Somehow I feel like Charter shouldn't have bought TWC.
