@mspence001 @virginmedia Not concerned about reach as that's just down to your router and the number of devices connected. For me, it's what is coming out of the tap. And recently, it's not been good

@virginmedia I certainly can but I've only had 50% of my channels for around a week. Neighbours have similar issues. I've checked the cabling in the house using a Riserbond TDR and it's 100%.Unsure why it's taking a relatively long time to arrange a visit when it seems there's a wider issue.
